NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCY FOR A PARISH COUNCILLOR
We hereby give notice that two casual vacancies have occurred in the office of Parish Councillor for Combe Florey Parish due to resignations.
In accordance with the Local Government Act 1972, a by-election will be held if, within 14 days of the date of this notice, a request for such an election is made in writing to the Returning Officer and signed by ten parishioners. If no such request is made, the Parish Council will proceed to fill the vacancy by co-option.
